Hi,
I have created a return order for the Mongolian trial jacket to be exchanged with a Medium size
As per your old website it shows that the product exchange is accepted in the status.
Please advise on the next steps, as i am doing this for the first time. Please advise, if I should reach out to the courier company for the package to picked or will they contact me?

Please arrange for shipment back to our address as advised.
Make sure you include the returns number on your package.
We will send you out the replacement jacket as soon as your return arrives with us!
