I've tried to write this email a few times.
How do you sum up the ABR festival?
It's hard.
Especially if you've already seen all the socials out there.
New bikes, influencers, bogs of doom, blazing sunshine, late night party vibes...
It truly has become one of a kind in the ADV world.
Putting our experience of the festival into words has had me sat in front of the laptop for far longer than normal.
And then this Helpdesk message arrived...
Hi, All
I hope you’re all fully recovered from a full on but awesome weekend at ABR Festival last weekend!
First of all, I wanted to thank you all again for one of the best customer service experiences of my life, when talking with Adam, Chris, and the rest of the team on the stand.
I honestly can’t remember the last time a company has spent so much time and effort to ensure that I got the exact right products, in terms of performance, sizing, and also suitability for the proposed usage.
I’m very much looking forward to using my Linesman Pants and Supershirt for the upcoming Africa trip next year!
Thanks not only from myself, but also from Amy, who historically has struggled to find any bike gear that fits her, due to her ladies shape of wider hips and bum, but skinnier waist.
She loved chatting with Jen who Adam introduced her to, and whilst she didn’t make a purchase there and then, she left the stand feeling encouraged that people do care, and there is kit out there for her that she absolutely loves!
I can promise you that she will be getting a pair of the Linesman Pants in the not too distant future, and will be telling everyone about how much you cared about making sure there is something out there for women to use.
I think you have yourself a fan and customer for life!
